The restaurateur saga of the Dolcet Bosch family began with the grandparents, Antònia and Joan, who opened the hotel Maria Victòria in Puigcerdà with their son, Lluís, as its first cook. Later, he and his wife Pepita moved the business to the current location, where it’s been growing strong for about 25 years. Classified as a gastronomic hotel, here you can eat Catalan and international cuisine with produce sourced from the local region. The establishment is part of the “Cuina Pirinenca de la Cerdanya” culinary association, which promotes the work of regional producers. Currently, their daughter Montse – and her brother Joan who helps when he can – has taken over the business with the unconditional assistance of her husband, Àngel. They hope their daughters or nephews will want to continue the tradition into the fourth generation.
