As the third generation of a hospitality family, Albert and Cinta run this restaurant which their parents inaugurated in 1983 near the beach. Albert is the star of the kitchen, learning the trade from his grandfather and mother. Later, he trained at the Cambrils School of Catering and worked in Michelin star restaurants in Catalonia and Paris. Albert’s distinct approach focuses on creating signature cuisine with his own recipes, yet without venturing too far from family tradition. Some of the most outstanding dishes are seafood rice (just like their grandmother used to make it), glazed octopus with ground potato and braised pepper and tuna tempura with curry broth and soy caramel. All this can be accompanied by a great selection of local wines, as well as quality bottles from elsewhere in the world.
