Patricia and Johnny opened this quaint restaurant in 2005 after managing Fusion, in the Bahía de Roses. The idea of starting a new restaurant came about when they first visited this old farmhouse and fell in love, both for the building itself and its magnificent views of the surrounding area. Inspired by their trips around the world where they collected new recipes and experimented with exotic cooking techniques, the duo decided to bring their new found knowledge to the Alt Empordà to integrate with local produce and cuisine. Johnny is originally from the Philippines and Patricia from Switzerland. Together, they form the perfect team: she takes care of the customers in the dining room, while he takes charge of cooking up exquisite dishes using the techniques he’s perfected throughout his travels.
