Antonia and Juan opened this restaurant more than thirty-five years ago, which is located on the highway between Barcelona and Andorra. Their son Ramón grew up learning the trade and trained in the best hospitality schools. After completing his studies, he dedicated himself body and soul to his parent’s business, where he was later joined by his wife, Montse. Currently, they’ve taken the reins of the restaurant, preparing an eclectic mix of modern and traditional cuisine that’s built a well-earned reputation in the region. Its gastronomy is of the territory with dishes that are representative of the local area. Their dessert menu, all of which is homemade, and their wine list have won numerous awards over the years. The restaurant is part of the Slow Food movement and is committed to the principles of proximity and ecology.
