Inaugurated on September 24, 2015, La Cova d Vidre had been a lifelong
dream for Neus who, at age 50 and after 35 years as a butcher,
decided to devote herself to cooking as her passion and vocation.
With the help of her husband Jordi, the restaurant is committed to
traditional Lleida cuisine with a touch of modernity. Neus’ experience
in the meat industry allows her to find the best quality and obtain
the ideal maturation point. The most recommended dishes from
their menu are the slow-cooked chargrilled lamb shoulder and the
seafood paella. One should always end the evening with one of their
delicious handmade desserts made with high-quality produce.
