As the second generation of the Arasa family, Diego and Sonia currently run this place which their parents originally inaugurated as a standalone restaurant. Upon joining the family business in 1991, the children grew it and built the new hotel-restaurant on the outskirts of town, which would later become a benchmark Montsià eatery. With the help of his parents, Diego is responsible for serving guests while Sonia takes care of the kitchen. The establishment is supplied with local produce, seasonal vegetables, and sliced fresh fish from Sant Carles de la Ràpita, as well as meat from its own farms. Its market- based cuisine is modern and traditional with a good selection of wines, while its strategic location encourages visitors to explore the region in depth.
