Siblings Marc and Elena Gascons are the third generation of a restaurateur family that started with their grandparents, Eduard and Elena, who opened a restaurant in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. The grandparent’s successful establishment had a stellar reputation. So much so, in fact, that the second generation, Eduardo and his wife Maribel, decided to continue the family tradition. After studying hospitality, they set out on their business venture by opening a new restaurant in a well-restored and maintained Catalan farmhouse in a lush natural locale. Their two children now run the business with dedication and culinary finesse. With Marc in the kitchen and Elena running the dining room, they’ve managed to combine tradition and creativity in a winning formula that’s earned them a Michelin star.
