Carme Mora and her daughters, Meritxell and Sandra, run this family restaurant in the old town of Cervià de les Garrigues: the land of olive oil, “pa petit”, and caramel-coated almonds. Carmen, once a cook of vocation but now by profession, founded it in 2007. Her gastronomic approach is based on traditional local recipes with a modern touch. The cuisine is made with tender love and care with Cervià’s extra virgin olive oil as the star of the show and can be enjoyed in the stone dining room as well as the cellar or terrace. All this is best paired with fine Catalan wines, especially those from the local region.
