This place is much more than a restaurant. Its owners, the Bruset brothers, have been able to transform the original eatery into a plush accommodation, gastronomic and leisure complex. The restaurant, which has been in operation for over thirty years, is located in a 16th-century farmhouse which serves as a perfect example of traditional rural Catalan architecture. Over the years, it’s become a benchmark for quality food in the province of Girona thanks to a menu based on traditional recipes with a touch of modernity. In 2008, they opened a four-star hotel next to the farmhouse with seventy-eight rooms, a spa, a swimming pool, and tennis courts. It’s an incredible place, both to stay the night and to eat at the restaurant.
