Galician by birth and in huge demand, Angel relies on the produce of his homeland to create a range of dishes in which quality is the star of the show. These quality ingredients, which the owners believe are the key to their success, are periodically turned into new menu items by the professional kitchen and service team to incorporate unique recipes and original experiences.
