This is one of the most prestigious restaurants in the centre of Cambrils, a place where a passion for cooking has been maintained for such a long time. Its origins date back to 1969, when Joan Bautista Bosch and his wife, Lourdes, opened a restaurant that had previously been frequented by local fishermen. In 1980, they opened a more formal restaurant which was so successful it even got a Michelin star. With time, they passed the torch on to their son, Joan, who together with his wife, Montserrat, managed to maintain the standards of this restaurant that combines life-long traditional recipes with modern culinary touches. These days, the restaurant is run by Arnau and his wife, Eva, the third generation of the family, who faithfully continue the traditions of their grandparents.
